I just went for a short 3.5 mile run today. Apparently I ran faster than normal because I beat my coworker back to the locker room.
This is my attempt to keep track of my training progress for the the Midnight Sun Marathon that I will run on June 18th in Anchorage, Alaska. You can all see how much, or how little, I'm doing...hehe.
