Captain's Log. Stardate...wait stars can get dates? Damn.
Well I'm going to do some weights today, but no cardio just to stay off my bad leg. I should be back to somewhat normal by tomorrow.
This is my attempt to keep track of my training progress for the the Midnight Sun Marathon that I will run on June 18th in Anchorage, Alaska. You can all see how much, or how little, I'm doing...hehe.
